Block sleeving and boring

Prevent this by using one of our New JGE Generation 5 Magilla sleeved blocks. 

If you already have this problem and a Block that looks like this, no problem. We can repair it better than new because it will have our Pro Series machine work done to it.  All machine work done on a CNC.

The machine work includes, Hot tanking the block, boring out old sleeves, machining a reciever for the new flanged sleeves, installing new sleeves in the block and resurfacing it. Turn around time is usually 2 weeks, but this can change depending on sleeve inventory and work load.

D series SOHC blocks $792.00. Can handle 55 psi of boost on a 77mm bore. Max bore 79mm

B series DOHC blocks $792.00. Can handle 55 psi of boost on 83mm bore. Max bore 86mm

H series blocks $907.00  Can handle 55 psi of boost with 87mm bore. Max bore 90mm

Boring and honing is $150.00 extra when done with sleeving.

Block boring is done using the latest in CNC technology.

We do have torque plates for many different applications.

JGENGINEDYNAMICS is using the latest in cnc technology to sleeve and bore our blocks.

Our B series sleeves are made of ductile/nickel iron. They are very hard and difficult to machine.

They also will not break and stay round.

Our H series and K series  and D series sleeves are made of ductile iron and again are very hard and difficult to machine.

Note: These straight wall sleeves are made of ductile iron and have been proven to be very realiable over the past 10 years. These sleeves work very well in normally aspirated engines as well as turbo charged engines up to 30 psi of boost....For the price its pretty tough to beat and yet offers excellent performance....
